Shipping policy

We do our best to ensure a great customer experience. We strive to fulfill and ship orders in two business days after which they are placed. If the order has not been marked as fulfilled we can offer a refund at the request of a cancellation.

If a customer requests a product return that is not due to a picking error by Mountain Lion Garden Supply or a shipping error, the shipping cost of said return may be subtracted from the customer's refund. This includes items that may have qualified for a free shipping discount.
